ON
THE ADOPTION OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE
GOVERNMENT OF THE KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA AND
THE
GOVERNMENT OF THE KINGDOM OF THAILAND ON THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF
INVESTMENT
Article 1:
To adopt the Agreement between the Government of the
Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand on the
Promotion and Protection of Investment which signed in Bangkok on March 29,
1996 and whose text is herewith attached.
Article 2:
The Royal Government of Cambodia shall proceed to
prepare procedures for implementing this agreement.
This law has been adopted by the National Assembly of
the Kingdom of Cambodia on October 25, 1996 during its 7th Session of the
First Legislature.
